But if 9 million was paid and spoken for at .10 and the other 25.068 Million were the same...to complete the 1.5 Billion...


wouldn't couldn't 31.068 million of those 34.068 Million go for $3.75-10 to clear and have to be given back to the company? Wouldn't shouldn't that leave 3.068 Million to be bought on the open market at $3.75 to the moon?
