Definitely. They haven't had a good reputation back since 2014 when the stock had been sitting dormant for so long - even with news releases going on. Plus, the SS has been scaring away investors too.

Ogburn will help to build back up investor trust and keep making deals to bring $IBRC under the spotlight. I've been in many stocks like this, where it seems like they would never go up no matter what they do.. All it takes is the right news release and it's blue skies from there!

This stock has been setting up for a run since Ogburn took over, and it's been looking pretty thin at the Ask for .0002 and .0003 for months.
