Just got an email from the CEO. The only thing I can tell you is that they are in collaboration with the United Nations and expect announcement about their second venture and the 1st venture is already underway. He also mentioned this:

"Reg A investors shares will be free trading once approved by the SEC, and they will have a protection against dilution with options in case of additional shares being offered."

That's the only thing I can share with you guys for the moment. Lets see what I get back from TA.
