It sure is one of the top 3 thinnest stocks I've ever witnessed.

At one point today there was 1 MM on the bid at .0001 and the LOWEST ask price was 10,000 shares at .01

That's an insane B/A spread. What is even more strange is that the SS is supposed to be at least 1B here and yet not a single share was up for sale under .01 today.

Now... IF OPTL gets some sort of news or becomes current on otcmarkets with a filing or two this could have a legit +10,000% move ON THE FIRST TRADE. (If the spread is .0001 x .01 like it was today)

Very odd situation here with OPTL.

Will be watching closely

I think the most interesting thing here is WHERE ARE ALL THE SHARES???
If the OS is at least 1B why are there none for sale below .01???

Who has them all? Or better yet who is quietly aquiring them all?

Time will tell, this is definitely strange.
