And it still hasn't been updated since September 1st. I thought for sure there would be an update by this evening given the response deadline of Friday for Etrade and NFS. So now we wait to hear from all four defendants, with nothing updated from Ameritrade and Scottrade since their August 26 deadline.

What reasonable explanation remains for a lack of information? I've been told here that anything done under seal would have been entered as such on the docket. A defendant's non-response would surely have been entered on the docket as well. So does that leave settlement negotiations?
