Choose Rain, Inc. has now signed an Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Cloudburst Distribution Pty Ltd.

Ormond Beach, FL, September 7, 2016 - Choose Rain, Inc., (CHOS), recently announced that it has signed an Exclusive
Product License Agreement with Cloudburst Distribution Pty Ltd (Cloudburst). Under the Agreement Choose Rain is
licensed and will sub-license the production, sales, marketing and distribution of Cloudburst's products sold in the USA and
will receive a 10% fee for all products Cloudburst, or its affiliate companies, sold through the USA market.

CHOS will sublicense the production, marketing and distribution of the herbal products to Just Real Herbs Manufacturing
LLC. The Mini Hydroponic Farms and the Distillation & Brewing Equipment will be licensed to Still Mill Ventures USA.
LLC. Cloudburst has perfected a line of herbal products infused with Hemp CBD. Cannabidiol—CBD—is a cannabis
compound that has significant medical benefits, but does not make people feel “stoned” and can actually minimize the
psychotic-effects of THC. Hemp CBD compound has no THC and is therefore not a controlled substance. There is a
significant market for CBD infused products to supply the Green Rush. Cloudburst has its first contract for CBD oil to be
mixed and shipped back to the USA for sales and distribution of nearly 17,000 infused units valued at $1.2M?

CHOS also received a second Exclusive Distribution Contract with Cloudburst to provide products throughout North
America via the CFCMembers Corner. CFCMembers Corner is a Membership Subscription Service for the Christian
Fellowship Council with 350,000 member churches in the USA. The Membership Subscription Service and licensed
products will be advertised and promoted daily by the CFC Media Group, Inc., which reaches seventy-five million homes
in thirty-two states through its thirty radio stations, four television stations and one worldwide internet radio station.
