Ormond Beach, FL, July 1, 2016 - Choose Rain, Inc., (CHOS), a provider of organic bottled rainwater, announced today that it has reached an Agreement in Principle with Cloudburst Distribution Pty Ltd (Cloudburst) to move the company forward. CHOS recently announced a Board of Advisors presenting a vast array of innovative products and the companies needed to assist Choose Rain in taking them to market.

Under the Agreement, Cloudburst grants to CHOS an exclusive North American license to distribute specific products throughout North America in exchange for CHOS common stock without increasing the number of authorized shares. CHOS will then sub-license these products to several other US companies receiving a license fee for each product sold. Products include Herbal Capsules, Mini Hydroponic Farms, Organic Fertilizer & Pesticides, Herbal Drinks, Distillation & Brewing Equipment, Essence Oils and Health & Education Products. CHOS will be changing its name to Just Real Herbs USA, Inc..

CHOS will also receive a second Exclusive Distribution Contract with Cloudburst to provide products throughout North America via the CFCMembers Corner. CFCMembers Corner is a Membership Subscription Service for the Christian Fellowship Council with 350,000 member churches in the USA. Beginning June 24, 2016, the Membership Subscription Service and licensed products will be advertised and promoted daily by the CFC Media Group, Inc., which reaches seventy-five million homes in thirty-two states through its thirty radio stations, four television stations and one worldwide internet radio station.

As revenues and profits from these license fees flow to CHOS and CHOS debts are completely retired, there is a path for transferring the control block of CHOS shares from the majority stockholder resulting in a change in control.
