Keep in mind folks, WBSI is no longer a full reporting company, has not been for over a year I think.

I heard from another company exec some time ago, it costs over 80K per year in SEC cost to remain full reporting.

The company is not selling more shares, Day is the only guy funding things, so I guess he opted out.

Seems there is nothing to say, so why do a PR?

The software upgrade to get this thing off the dime is taking longer than we thought...ok.

I maintain he'll get it done.
