On June 1, 2016, it was claimed that within 3 months the SMCE pps of $.038ish would be stronger due to solid news.

Yet today, 3 months and 12 days later, there has been NO solid news and the current pps is ONE-HALF the price on June 1.

It appears it's time for an announcement.
