There's no proof you ever wrote a letter. There's no proof u ever sent a letter. There's no proof Edwad ever received a letter.
There is proof that under your watch as CEO dilution occurred to the point where the promised dividend could never be accomplished. There is proof that what was announced as business plans were never set forth in motion under your watch. There is proof by your own admission that filings occurred without your knowledge. Then why didn't u notify the Otc of this immediately ? There is proof funding never occurred. Why didn't you tell shareholders immediately there wasn't any funding ? Finally to date, your name is still CEO at otc. You have done nothing legally to remove it. Your credibility is zero here. The first paragraph in your letter is the only important thing you. How you were going to be compensated. Apparently Edwad stiffed you there too.
