Debts . . . and . . . Back taxes cannot be collected from a bank-
rupt entity with ZERO ASSETS.
Such things were "written off" as losses long ago.
As they say you cannot get blood out of a stone, no matter how
hard or how long you squeeze.
I am not sure ICOA ever owed taxes on anything since I am not
aware that they ever had enough revenue so as to effect a
profit.
NO PROFIT, no tax.
