I, like others, am at least a little heartened by Sweeny's apparently two-sided and fair approach. But she is human also, and a Federal judge. I am starting to see in a whole new light why it is so difficult to defeat the government in court. I am starting to fear an AIG-like ruling that acknowledges the correctness of the plaintiff's claims but awards no accompanying economically beneficial result. Anyway, thanks again for your time and thoughts!
