Well, that all depends how recently you're talking about.

If you know about Ken Manzo being fined for fraud and forced to resign from the company, and the fact that he took his patents and products with him when he left, leaving MNZO a "worthless" empty shell (that defies logic by hovering around .0003 instead of NO BID), then you're caught up.
