Wells Fargo Bank hereby joins in the Debtors’ Opposition solely to the extent the
Debtors oppose the appointment of an equity committee in this case. The equity holders who
have submitted various responses (the “Responses”)2 have failed to demonstrate that the
appointment of an additional statutory committee is warranted and that their interests cannot be
adequately represented without the appointment of such a committee.
