DFSH just went current on all filings, and attorney letter on the Wed the 7th.
Status changed on OTCMARKETS....AS raised to 750 million. OS is right at 75 million ( you can glance at the filings)...Clean shell. No risk of RS

New CEO is Joseph Arcaro...Dude specializes in mergers

Just looking for a different view of the situation at hand
