My understanding regarding the Perry plant is that nothing will be done until the judge makes his decision. They still have to buy land to build on, and they can't do that until the judge turns them lose. The land they were originally going to buy, was deeded to the city as collateral. The city later announced the land was sold to Applied Gaia. However, the land is still in the city's name, and there has been nothing else said about Applied Gaia. I wouldn't be surprised if an agreement is reached between the city and BioNitrogen about that property, but like I said, I don't think anything will be done until the judge makes his decision.
