Maybe I'm wrong but with the writing of the judge and the explicit possible of CMGO rights to be entitled for a max of punitive damages, I would expect a settlement higher the 20MM!
Getting a guaranteed 30-40MM in settlement would be more like it for my own opinion. That would be good for CMGO and the defendants would get to pay only 25 cents in the dollar if found guilty on all counts retained plus the punitive damages
But I can dream all I want. Only time will tell
