Lol....millions? If he dumped the entire share structure of both companies he was ceo of, it wouldn't be millions. Let alone the other involved parties of GDSM and ILST. Like Mike or not, he is the CEO here. He held a seminar in Vegas, he has brought in qualified individuals for mining and financing. The companies is exploring multiple avenues of financing. For what? To sell shares? Much easier ways to do that. A BS LOI would accomplish that. For whatever it's worth, I actually believe they're trying here.
