I am building a large position (for me) under .50. The share price isn't going to $0 - they aren't going to file bk - they have products/services and revenue.

In a buyout, a company like this is worth more to the buying company than the company is worth as an independent entity. The buying company can eliminate the corporate overhead - they don't need two CEOs, accounting and IT departments, corporate headquarters...

So, to the acquiring company, WYY's operating earnings are already positive. Then there are the strategic reasons to buy it.

I understand that WYY isn't for sale right now. I am just looking at the downside if that were to occur. I don't want the company to be put up for sale - but if it were to happen, imo the price would spike higher.

I think the company will deliver in Q3/Q4 - finally! But if they don't, the downside is limited imo. So on a risk/reward basis, to me, this is the time to buy. But I hope we don't go much lower.

For those wishing they could have bought at the low today - .442 - well, don't wish too much. I bought at the low. It was a partial fill - I got 92 shares. With the commission, my cost basis was over .50 per share on those 92 shares.
