WOW...they must be down to pennies in their bank account to do this deal. Imhoff has lost over $20 mil so far in this co so maybe this is a way for him to recoup his losses. $50K gets him and Maloof (another long-time investor and major $$$ loser) a lifetime percentage of every disposable sold and paid for!

Wish I could get a deal like this..........but with Gillette for every blade sold!
