Should be at 20 long long since.
HFT trading is totally and completely "controlling" the BAC Share price. And with good reason. Cheaper shares means more shares can be traded there and thus more rebates to brokers and funds using the HFT exchanges.No doubt even BAC likes this as they too get cheaper shares in a buy back.
