As have I. And I'm pretty sure I've seen a whole lot more than you have. IPRU has seen plenty over the years. If you check the chart you'll see the ups and downs coincide with paid promotions.

Mostly on the downward side as the insiders try and dump shares on those that the paid promos target to try and entice to buy.

You should check the long term chart to see this for yourself.

Btw, I also follow the other scam tickers that Elutiv is involved with, VTPI and JRRD.

Remember, just because a few of these scams go on a bull run, that doesn't mean they all do. And this one has been worn out. Not just in the ordinary course of being promoted as an ongoing business, but in light of this recent R/S, it's going to be especially hard to fool anyone into buying this at current prices.
