Interesting discussion after the 15:00 mark about the use of high HA in the retrospective analysis of PhII pegPh20. The moderator asked a very trenchant question: i.e., was the definition of the meaning of "High HA" defined to create better PFS stats in the retrospective study? This is a concern for many analysts. Helen answered that the definition, on the advice of Ventana's experts, was simply to define "High HA" as greater than 50%. (A very logical and objective decision, IMHO.) However, she went on to point out that when you move the definition of "High HA" to over 70%, the PFS numbers actually improve drastically for pegPh20.
