Looks like another MM on the ask "BMAK" which are known dillutors:

These guys you want to watch for if you see them on the ask they maybe selling shares into the market to increase the float, you'll notice us say BMAK or VFIN is back on the ASK this could be a sign of a company adding shares to the market in order to fund their company but this makes the price harder to move and is a negative sign for market action.
