My scanner picked this up & NOW my question is WHY? At first blush it looks like an ABSOLUTE DOG & the charts, downtrend, etc. tells a pretty sad looking tale. I guess it's time to do a bit of DD & see what's what....

Fundamentally, I see the delisting, recap & other ominous signs. The tide turned for oilfield stocks awhile back & may cycle higher this Winter/Spring in the U.S.; but the question is will this guy make it through without taking to RAMPANT dilution in order to do so & is that what the delisting was partially about?

Guess I'll find out soon enough!
