I don't read charts because there are so many other factors that come into play that affect a stock.

The problem with charts is they create their own market. Someone will post a chart and say....based on the chart investors will do this that or the other.

Then investors do this that and the other based on the chart. If someone hadn't posted the chart and said that they would never have done anything.

I cringe every time I hear the networks say...the market is due for a correction and will be going down. Because then morons will sell based on that news when the circumstances are exactly the same as they were the day before.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
