Where is notification that the merger fell through. I think the reason this fell from 50 cents is because the initial offer was a buyout at 1.5 per share and then they agreed to different terms which were released the end of March resulting in a sell off.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
