this is why *documentation* actually matters for retail investors
so *facts* can be sussed out from *fiction*
PTOI's *volume* is (and has been) the key at every *round* of CEs' efforts
original investors .. many of whom never sold .. are the reason why the handoff to the CON side
from the original CE's *RUN UP* (Dec 2009) .. failed so spectacularly in parting legit shares out of P2O investors
in early 2010 .. which resulted in the *then coordinated efforts* undertaken in both July and Sept 2010
which of course would lead
to the *efforts* of March/April 2011 and *summer* of 2011 .. and so it would go .. up thru P2O being
wrested back and $Millions infused by current CEO in August/September 2013 .. that event .. would
have CEs' *resetting* 52 week low *relentlessly* non stop for almost 3 years (happy anniversary RH)
(9.30.13 .. closing PPS @ 35c .. 12.31.13 .. closing PPS @ 10c)
cycles of money are fact .. what is so telling with CEs' embedded in PTOI since 2009 .. is that ability
to last *RUN* PTOI was 3 years and 10 months ago in January of 2013 ~ that is why i can note that
with P2O's ability to execute (a there being there) .. that PTOI will see a 20M to 30M *volume* day/week
CEs' *efforts* are also why *factually* .. PTOI *traded* volume in 2015 that was on *par* with *volume* done in 2010
even tho' 2010's *PPS* was far *higher* than 2015's PPS .. something to think about .. ;)
CEs' also got *lucky* based on settlement vs discovery .. and that 3M *cert* .. worked over 12500 *trades*
at a time .. ;)
most recently NN's non retail boss .. got a decoy to take 1M (CFGN) in the 3rd week of July for *reporting* to FINRA
which when added to NN's *amount* .. was the most *volume* reported on PTOI for 2016 ~ .. ;)

btw .. since it's clear to me that the bid @ 032 is *legit* .. and NN's non retail boss is forced to split *fills*
it will take 47 *fills* (x 2 with splits) to *fill* that 19000 and change if last 3 *trades* carry forward .. :)
unless of course CEs' can *access* another *round* .. which i will never rule out ..
but based on what actual P2O investors have picked off this past week or 2 .. and with that last filing
out of P2O .. it will be revealing to observe
btw .. one last *reality* .. here's the last *trade* filled today (bypassed) bid showing .. ;)
odds are it is the reset most likely done to *dilute* reg sho (tho' to be clear .. that stat has been perverted
for a dog's age)
tho' i won't rule out a long's AON .. but we shall see ~ as noted previously *embedded signals* begging
for 30,000 + *trades*
