now: I wonder if the auto rental company is still part of AACS. The two people that joined the BoD as part of the deal resigned at the end of June. Could something have gone wrong? There have been two PR's mentioning Best Way in mid-July and not a peep after that.

AACS had a 10Q due July 15th (Q1FY2017), it's still not out yet and it's well past the 15-day extension period; they are red-flagged on OTC Markets rating page.

Same deal with AFBG, theirs was due August 15th and is still not out yet and it's past the 15-day extension period; they too are red-flagged on OTC Markets rating page.
