Sure Trace (SSTY)

SSTY - That is the third time now that I've seen it "trade" at 5:10 in the afternoon per TD Ameritrade...but it says the trade was on 8/31/16!. Obviously has to be some sort of book entry made at the end of the day/month.
Why does it take a week to be reported?
I have also seen another stock (SRGE) trade a few shares at $.00001 at 5:10pm.
Does anyone have a clue what this is? (Probably not that big of deal, I am just curious).
