lol. I am adding mnta today. the right question to ask of these up and downgrades is how accurate are they?

Does anyone know the track record of maxim group ? I look at these events as buying ops.

I probably should start keeping track of these upgrades/downgrades. Like for example avxl shot up last yr and gave back up all of it. Well now when something low price go up, I will start keeping track of the upgrade or downgrade. I have noticed that zack inv is worthless. maxim probably in the same bunch.
