GCP 1 crews began clean up and repair for our new tenant. We expect to turn over the greenhouse to the tenant on October 1, 2016 and $262,500 monthly rent payments to commence in the 1st quarter of 2017.
GCP 2 crews set to begin to erect the steel superstructure next week. We expect to complete the second greenhouse by December 31, 2016 and $262,500 monthly rent payments to commence in the 2nd quarter of 2017.
DFP crews are now shipping 40+ trucks of produce a week, generating ~ $800,000 in revenue a month for the next 3 1/2 months. Hemp growing has been excellent so far. We intend to expand hemp growing making it a major crop for DFP in 2017.
