Hey guys. I got some questions

A. Was there a due date of record to buy SCTY to get tsla shares? In other words, if u buy now, do u still get tsla shares?

B. What would happen if u buy leap options in SCTY expiring 2018, at strike $20? Would it be worthless if it goes to a buyout way before expiration or would it be converted to tsla options?
