SEC is too busy to go after every scam. A criminal who has not been caught is still a criminal.

If it's a scam and as blatant a stock selling venture as you and others stated then why hasn't the SEC brought the officers up on charges and halted the stock??

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
