The company does not sell shares, a non filer company isn't allowed to sell stock from the treasury.

They have been selling 'old' shares for years. Even the shares taken off any legend are not 'new'.

To continue suggesting that there is a company here or something is going to happen is disingenuous to stuck shareholders.
