Sometimes they do go alphabetically, but the specific workings of the Delinquent Filing office is not known. CGFI is 2 1/2 years delinquent so they are definitely well in the range to be revoked at any time. We don't know if CGFI has been contacted and if they have, they might be fighting the revocation, which slows it down. CGFI has absolutely no hope of curing their delinquency, but for some reason some companies in this situation try to delay the inevitable for some reason known only to them.
