When was the last time Jennifer had a third party valuation? What was the price of oil at the last valuation?

Did she impair them before she left the company in BK? Oil is not anywhere near $100 when she last sought a valuation.

This company has $40 million more in liabilities than assets at the last valuation, now that the assets are worth much less, there is nothing here.
