Think I have this figured out and thanks for finding the detail in the 10Q.

In order to move forward with the summary trial / judgement, both of the insiders need to show a "material" loss in that what they pegged as the value before the merger and what it is now.

So it is doubly to their advantage to sell at the lowest price possible since this shows the largest loss. They want to recover damages to make up for the loss, so if they wait for the price to go higher......they won't make as much back.

In fact, the higher and faster it goes, the faster these guys will dump shares. When it was hovering below $1 with no hope and no volume, there was no rush. But now.......now there is gas on that fire and people are starting to test the waters a little bit here.
