If FINRA allows the reverse split to go through, it really will suck in the sense that this con man will be able to continue doing so as well...

But my guess from the fact that the filings and news has stopped is he's gone quiet in hopes he can disappear with the money and not get caught.

It is my hope that it's too late and he's already being prosecuted for it. I have read that FINRA is really cracking down on share printing schemes like this. They used to turn their heads and pretend they saw nothing, but within the past couple years they've started busting people for it.
