The new joint venture will focus on the following:

1 Reintroduction of DNA Energy Drinks in various domestic and international markets across a broad range of distribution channels

2 Collaborate on new product development and the development of brand extension opportunities around the DNA Energy IP

- Hemp/ CBD energy shots and functional beverages, consumables, spirits and other related products

Accel Brands, Inc is a vertically integrated beverage holding company primarily focused on the spirits, wine and beer sector. Through it’s wholly owned Subsidiary, STI Signature Spirits Group LLC, the company owns, operates or has brand management rights to several spirit brands including Copa Imperial Tequila, Tiny’s Tequila and Tequila Alebrijes. DNA Brands, Inc.(www.dnaenergydrink.com) produces, markets, and sells carbonated blends of energy drinks in the United States. The company is a Two time winner of the “World’s best tasting energy drink” (2010, 2012). The company currently owns intellectual property of eight flavors and blends.
