AAPL and the EU,...there is now talk that Apple is re-accessing their situation in Ireland,...

The EU Commission says Apple must now pay almost $15 billion more in taxes because EU cites that Ireland undercut other members. It's totally apparent that the EU bureaucrats do not understand human nature and assume that people must obey their ruling and cannot see that this ruling might be the inception and this ruling may destroy their own economy. Meaning that this new tax the EU is imposing on Apple is just another admission that the EU (along with the FED) have screwed up royally regarding their fiscal and economic policies and are now seeking to capture more tax revenue to keep their ineffective policies that only award a small percentage. The EU Commission cannot see reality.

Tim Cook, Apple CEO, made the direct comments in an interview with Irish media expressing the blunt fact that Apple may now simply repatriate it's cash back to the USA. Cook did not specifically say how much cash Apple might take home from foreign countries. Nevertheless, Cook’s comments are a direct response to the arbitrary position of the European Commission demanding Apple needs to pay Ireland $14.5 billion in additional tax penalties because the deal was less that they would have charged. Cook has publicly stated that this EU demand was “total political crap.”

in the long term,..here is the paramount matter about to potentially unfold.

What the EU Commission has done with Apple is set in motion a race for other American corporations based in Europe to now exit Europe.

what will this hold for the US and its stock markets IF an influx of cash tax revenue begins to funnel in to the US ? When might Apple "expatriate" its cash ?,...by 2016 end ?,...next year?,...????

interesting events about to unfold,...
