I was examining DIRV's latest Quarterly Report linked below and noticed that DIRV's losses have increased nearly 300% year over year. In the year ago Quarter DIRV posted a Net Loss of $(951,870). In the most recent Quarter DIRV posted a Net Loss of $(2,817,429). DIRV is burning investor cash at much higher rates. Based on the rapidly increasing losses, and Roger Ralston's past conviction for running scams, I rate DIRV a strong sell. These Net Losses are not sustainable and DIRV is back to a post reverse split death spiral.
