Dilution.

By updating the prospectus I assume they are preparing to have Stifel sell more ATM shares in the near future.

As a way of raising funds I can't see any advantage to the ATM method versus a normal Offering, Bonds or Convertibles.

The ATM is rather small, one or two quarters of cash.
