I have not heard of any affect it might have, Besides the EU tax thing will go on for years in my opinion. Besides it is not APPLE who gave the tax breaks. It was Ireland. Why should APPLE pay for Ireland error? That is the way I look at it.

VHC has made their case. The patents are valid. The issue with APPLE is the amount to pay. The EU tax issue has nothing to do with the VHC and Apple settlement. That is all my opinion.

I would suggest to call VHC investor relations. I can not speak for them, but I am positive they would tend to agree with me. They called me back some several days ago. It is one reason I am sticking with the company.

I was reminded the trial starts in 15 trading days. The shorts have been playing with the share price in my opinion.
