One of the ugliest charts I've ever seen, SMCE reeks of manipulation.

FYI, the accumulation indicator on a penny stock is of No Value, the accumulation indicator is easily manipulated because it is weighted upon the CLOSING PRICE of the security. When someone manipulates the close as we've seen frequently, it will cause the accumulation line to move up.

Add this to the conversion of MILLIONS of shares coming off restriction.
