The civil suit dragged out for over 2 yrs so that the guy who changed his mind about wanting to run a franchise could get his money back. How long will an appeal filing sit on the books, another 3 yrs? And mgmt has to stay silent during this entire time? What a joke. All this amounts to is bad blood. Prior financials indicate that the plaintiff owns (or owned) shares. If he accumulated more maybe that's why mgmt has no motivation to promote... Why work to make your adversary rich? And we are collateral damage.
