It's not a scam and it's not over. This is one of the few companies on the OTC that reports a profit every now and then.

The fickled OTC traders here have screwed up the stock. Put yourself into that category. The company is just fine.

The divi debacle is due to the incompetence and arrogance of government bureaucrats at FINRA. Maybe it's time for Buzzy to send his lawyers after those b*st*rds.
