I agree. That is why it is important that FINRA becomes aware of this scam. They approve reverse mergers. They approve stock splits. They approve name changes and they have the ability to assign tickers symbols.

For example, imagine how many investors could have kept their retirement money and their savings if FINRA had now allowed the 40 Laura Anthony/Richard Astrom scam tickers to trade.

Thousands of people could potentially have been impacted. You can't have a dilution scheme or a pump and dump without a ticker symbol. None of the scams would occur without legal opinions most of which are never made public.
