It's just a name reservation. Until you register the business entity it isn't designated as 'for profit' vs 'non-profit', etc. It's possible there is a different charge depending on what type of business you are registering (Inc/Corp/Ltd/LLC).

I'm pretty sure if the merger would have happened and they would have used the name reservation to create a business entity in Arizona, the business entity would have been named WGE Enterprises Ltd and it probably would have been listed as a foreign entity domiciled in Nevada.
