Hmmmm, 12 cents! What do you think buyers will be willing to pay for authorized shares when the market is sitting on 12 cents? 8 cents? 6 cents? so how many authorized shares will have to be sold at 6 cents to cover the $300,000 per month they are spending? Do the math.....it`s a nice round number. Ha, ha. 5 MILLION!!! Ouch, ouch, ouch. Reality bites!!!
